About the event

This drop-in session offered an introduction and live demonstration of the aseptics stability tool.

The resource is available for use by the NHS, for medicines made in pharmacy aseptic units only. Medicines that have been prepared in clinical areas must be used immediately and not stored before use.

Why it’s important

This event will gave attendees:

  • an overview of the tool
  • a demonstration of its features and use
  • an opportunity to ask questions and give feedback

Intended audience

The session was suitable for NHS:

  • aseptic services teams
  • production and QA/QC teams
  • authorised and accountable pharmacists and deputies

The session was presented by Suzy Mahoney, Katie Milligan, and Mark Jackson, and supported by additional members of the SPS QA team for Q&As.
