Understanding our terminology

Comirnaty (JN.1) 3 micrograms/modified) bretovameran must be prepared carefully following the manufacturer’s instructions. We refer to it as Comirnaty 3 (THREE) (JN.1) concentrate in our web articles. 

Example procedure

We have produced an example template Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the preparation of the Comirnaty 3 (THREE) (JN.1) concentrate vaccine.  

Please note, the dose volume has changed from previous Comirnaty 3 (THREE) vaccines and is now 0.3mL.
