Justine is Head of the Specialist Pharmacy Service for NHS England.

Justine has been a hospital pharmacist for her entire career and prior to working for SPS, she was Director of Pharmacy at Salford Royal Foundation Trust and prior to that, Chief Pharmacist at East Cheshire Trust.

Justine was a fellow and part of the teaching faculty at the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement and has a strong background in service and quality improvement, and patient safety.
