Sarah Cavanagh is the Deputy Director for Medicines Use and Safety. Sarah has worked for SPS for many years. Prior to joining the MUS team, Sarah was the Interim Director at the East Anglia Medicines Information Service. Sarah has key interest and expertise in Medication Safety and Antimicrobial Stewardship. She is the first port of call for MUS across the Midlands and the East Regions.
