About the event

During this event, our speakers discussed their experiences of collaborating with each other, giving examples of identifying unmet needs in patients where the other professionals can provide support. Encouragement was provided to connect with your own colleagues locally.

Why it’s important

Many pharmacy staff in primary care tell us that they would like to have a greater understanding of the role and remit of social prescribers. There is scope for greater collaboration between pharmacy and social prescribing to ensure that patients get the right support

What was covered
